Simply message us using the Help & Support tab on your dashboard. Please include in your message: the account name you want to report and the reason(s) why you are reporting them. SponsorMyContent.com will then look into the matter, and advise you of the outcome.

We review each case individually and the information provided will affect the outcome. If not much proof is provided then this may result in no action being taken. If clear proof is provided then the reported member will have their account removed and be unable to continue using SponsorMyContent.com.

If you have signed up for an account, but made the wrong selection on our landing page, simply complete your sign up and then contact us in the Help & Support tab of your dashboard and we will help you to change it over to the correct account type.

If for whatever reason you are wrongly reported then you shouldn't have anything to worry about, as we will review the information that was provided and if nothing was done wrong you will be able to continue using SponsorMyContent.com as you normally would.

Simply message us using the Help & Support tab on your dashboard. Please include in your message: your account name and the email address associated with your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deactivated. We aim to respond to all deactivation requests within 48 hours.

Reviews are optional for our members to share their experience they had with you. If you received a bad review that is unfair then you can report it by sending a message to SponsorMyContent.com in the Help & Support tab of your dashboard.


This must be done relatively close to the completion of an order so we can assess the review, the listing information, any revisions or changes that were requested, links to the completed work, and your chat history with the other party to make a fair decision.

SponsorMyContent.com offers a wide range of help and support options for all visitors and members, including 24/7 Live Chat which can be found in the bottom right hand side of your screen. To begin a chat, simply click on the Need Help? Chat With Me! tab, and one of our agents will assist you.

You can set any price you wish when creating a listing, there is no rule or set price as each Advertiser would have different requirements and expectations, and each Content Creator would have a different demographic and content.

We recommend you be reasonable with your pricing, based on what it is you would like from a Content Creator for the budget you have, or what you can deliver to and Advertiser based on the demographic and content you make.

All listing prices on SponsorMyContent.com are in United States Dollars (USD), including our fees. We recommend to check the exchange rate for your currency before making a listing.

We currently accept and use PayPal and Stripe payment portals in our checkout system. This gives our members more security and peace of mind when making payments, as we can not record, store or even view your payment information.

Until an order is approved by the advertiser you're working with, or an order dispute is found in your favour, SponsorMyContent.com holds all payments in consignment. Once an order is approved, you will receive an email to the address provided in your account, and be asked your preferred payment method.


We recommend for smaller payment amounts using a third-party provider such as PayPal, to ensure transaction fees are minimal as telegraphic transfers can be costly. SponsorMyContent.com will always endeavour to pay all transaction fees where possible.


However, if this is not economically viable you may be asked to provide another method to receive payment, or be asked to have the transaction fees deducted from your total payment, which will never exceed the total cost of the transfer.

When paying with Stripe at checkout we never save or even get to see your credit card information. Stripe is one of the largest and most trusted payment portal providers and provides for millions of companies worldwide, including Amazon, Microsoft, Shopify, Uber and even Google just to mention a few.

At this stage SponsorMyContent.com only accepts and sends payments in United States Dollars (USD), including our fees. We recommend to check the exchange rate for your currency before making or purchasing a listing. Any refunds awarded will also be made in United States Dollars (USD).

If you have made a payment for an order and are experiencing issues, we recommend you first attempt to contact the content creator your order is with. If this fails, you may file a dispute in your Active Orders tab on your dashboard.


When filing an order dispute, please indicate in your comments that you wish to receive a refund before submitting. Once you have opened a dispute, SponsorMyContent.com will start the investigation into your claim and make a decision.


The decison made will be based on factors of the original order, including what was offered, what was purchased, any revisions requested, the amount paid, what was provided in the order link(s), and the chat history between both parties.

Once all areas have been considered a decision will be made to either offer a refund to you or not. Regardless of the outcome, both instances will result in the usual fee of a completed order, just like it would as if the order was approved. 

SponsorMyContent.com is a completely free to join service, for both advertisers and content creators alike. We only charge fees when orders are placed, which without discounts or exclusive offers applied is currently 20% of the asking price of a listing.


Our members have the option when creating their listings to either include our fees in their asking price, or to have our system automatically add our fees on top of their asking price. This ensures that the price you see on a listing, is the total price you pay, no hidden extras.

SponsorMyContent.com is a social media marketing provider, specializing in giving control to both advertisers and content creators over how their advertising and marketing is conducted across social media platforms, and the amount they wish to spend or earn for their advertisements.

When creating an account with SponsorMyContent.com, you will have the choice to sign up as an Advertiser or a Content Creator from the website landing page. It is completely free to join, no catches or strings attached, and you can leave at anytime.

 

If you sign up for an account as an Advertiser, you will be able to specify what category your business falls under, what social media platforms you are interested in advertising on, and the audience demographic you wish to advertise to.

 

If you sign up for an account as a Content Creator, you will be able to specify what category the content you make falls under, what social media platforms you create content for, and the audience demographic that you capture or target.

In accordance with the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) we do not collect data from your audience to create personalized ads. Instead you as the content creator are able to give overall demographical information about what you know about your audience, or who your content is made for.


So our advertisers can get a general idea of your audience without breaching anyone’s privacy. However if your content is flagged as Made For Kids, then you should ensure your Age Demographic is set correctly in the My Profile tab of your dashboard, and communicate this to advertisers before commencing work on orders.

When creating a new listing the brief points are used to narrow down what your offering, or expecting in the description of your listing. The words you use in these points are also used by our search engine to give more accurate results to other members searching for listings.

The Create Listing page is used by Advertisers and Content Creators to make listings about what they would like, or what they can offer for the price they set, the platforms chosen by the maker of the listing, and within the timeframe allotted.


Once a listing has been made by an Advertiser or Content Creator, it will be added to the search engine and will be visible to Advertisers, if a Content Creator made the listing, or visible to Content Creators if an Advertiser made the listing.

 

Both our Advertisers and Content Creators can view their created listings from their Dashboard, and may edit them or delete them as they wish. However, any purchased listing that is an Active Order will still be required to be completed as originally described.

The Search works both ways by looking for listings for Content Creators, made by Advertisers that match the demographic Content Creators have, or by looking for listings for Advertisers, made by Content Creators that match the demographic Advertisers would like.

Our search engine looks for what was typed into the search, chosen platforms, any additional options selected, and the profile information of the Advertiser or Content Creator conducting the search to find which listing, and which Advertiser or Content Creator is the best match.

The results will be based by default, on which Advertiser or Content Creator has the most relevant matching audience demographic, catagory and platforms to the information provided in the profile of the Advertiser or Content Creator conducting the search.

The results can be sorted in either ascending order or descending order of the following to suite you finding your desired result. These include Subscribers, Average Views, Average Likes, Average Shares, Age Demographic, Gender Demographic and Price.

To view one of the listings in the search results in more detail, simply click on the one you wish to view more about, and you will be taken to the listing page of that Advertiser or Content Creator, and can view, purchase or express interest in any of the listings available.
